What is a custodial account? How does it differ from an enterprise's own account?
- A custodial account is an enterprise's own bank account entrusted to Jiangxi Jindeng for management. Our center is responsible for fund registration, settlement and compliance supervision, while ownership of the account remains with the enterprise.
The difference is that fund transfers from a custodial account must undergo compliance verification through our center’s system, which further prevents the risk of fund misappropriation.
Which banks is "Bank-Enterprise Connect" compatible with?
- At present, system connection and testing have been completed with a number of banks including Hua Xia Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SPD Bank), China Everbright Bank, China Construction Bank (CCB), and Bank of Jiangxi, enabling stable service provision. We will continue to promote connectivity with national commercial banks and local city commercial banks in the future.

- The "Bank-Enterprise Connect" system is independently developed by Jiangxi Financial Registration and Settlement Center Co., Ltd. Based on enterprises' own bank accounts, it establishes an inter-bank account co-management and custody system to meet the needs of fund control under specific business scenarios, and serves as a system platform that provides account settlement services for multi-level merchant scenarios.
